Fold one surround frame (surround_channel_map order) to interleaved stereo, dst
holding the frame’s samples per channel twice: each side takes its front channel at
unity and the center and its surround channels at -3 dB (ITU-R BS.775, the LFE left
out), saturating rather than wrapping, as a browser’s own speaker downmix of the
surround stream sounds.
